1. Introduction
   Welcome to Ganga Jewellery Works. By enrolling in our Online Monthly Gold Saving Scheme,
   using our portal, or authorizing ECS payments, you agree to the following terms and
   conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Eligibility
   You must be at least 18 years of age.
   Valid Indian ID proof is required at the time of registration.
   The scheme is available only to residents of India.
3. Scheme Overview
   You may choose a monthly contribution amount (minimum ₹1000).
   The tenure of the scheme is 12 months.
   Upon successful completion, the saved amount can be used to purchase jewellery at
   our store.
   Special redemption benefits may apply if all payments are made on time.
4. Payment Terms
   Payments are collected monthly, either through Razorpay ECS (auto-deduction) or
   manual payment.
   Payment due date is the same day every month as per your registration date.
   You will receive reminders via SMS and WhatsApp using MSG91 before your due date.
5. ECS (Electronic Clearing Service) Authorization
   If you opt for ECS, you authorize Razorpay to deduct the selected monthly amount from
   your bank account.
   You are responsible for maintaining sufficient balance for deduction.
   A failed ECS transaction may not be retried automatically — you will be notified and
   required to pay manually.
6. Late or Missed Payments
   No penalties are applied for missed payments.
   However, scheme benefits (like making charge discounts) will not apply if all 12
   payments are not made within 14 months from the start date.
   Missed payments can be paid manually via UPI, bank transfer, or in-store.
7. Redemption Policy
   The scheme matures at the end of 12 monthly contributions.
   Redemption must be made at Ganga Jewellery Works store.
   Gold rates applicable will be as per the current store rate at the time of redemption.
   You may redeem the full amount for jewellery only (no cash-out).
8. Cancellation & Refunds
   You may cancel your scheme at any time by submitting a written request.
   No interest will be paid on the saved amount.
   Refund (if any) will be processed via NEFT within 7–10 business days.
9. Modification of Terms
   Ganga Jewellery Works reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes
   will be updated on our website and communicated via email or SMS.
10. Governing Law
    These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes will be subject
    to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belagavi, Karnataka.
